What is prolapse?
The definition: The falling down, slipping or expulsion of a body part from its normal position. It is not unusual to have a prolapse of any part of the body’s organs.

Pelvic organ prolapse is a more common than you can believe, particularly among older women. Medical research estimates that half of women who have children will experience some form of prolapse in later life.
