C&G Medicare Ltd are currently looking for case studies concerning women who suffer urinary stress incontinence. We would like to know how you have coped with this problem, how long you have had stress incontinence, how supportive were your family, how has it affected your life in general.
We are building a community to help women who suffer in silence. We want to raise the awareness of stress incontinence and would like to emphasise to the health workers and doctors that stress incontinence should be taken with the same seriousness as any other condition, such as diabetes, heart complaints.
Even though incontinence is not a life threatening disease, it still has a huge social impact on the women and men who have to endure this condition day in day out.
We need to understand the needs of these people to help the families support them in the right way.
Incontinence is a condition which is treatable and treated with the correct treatment can change th quality of life for an individual.
